Course description
During the course, participants will write, under supervision, a scientific manuscript based on the participants' own data and results. The different parts of the manuscript will be be built up through homework assignments carried out between classes.
The participants will also work with peer review, ie critical review of and comments on other participants' manuscripts. This will take place continuously throughout the course. Towards the end of the course, each participant will also comment on another student's entire manuscript.
Preparations for each class consists of literature study, studies of sample texts, own text production and feedback on other participants' texts.

The selection will also be based on how far the doctoral student has progressed in their project.
Other information
It is recommended that the applicant has their own manuscript ready to start work on and that most of the data and statistical analyses have been completed.
Course participation can also take place online if the doctoral student is ay annother university that the Universit of Gothenburg or Chalmers.
